OEE Software you can trust

BONNER gives your team all the hardware and software tools they need to understand and improve the production process.

At BONNER, we help Irish manufacturers take control of their production efficiency with Evocon, a powerful, visual, and user-friendly OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) software.

OEE software transforms the way factories monitor, analyse, and improve performance, giving you clear, data-driven insights to reduce downtime, increase productivity, and streamline operations. OEE software automatically collects production data from your machines, displaying performance trends in easy-to-read dashboards.

With BONNER’s expertise, you can use this real-time visibility to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and increase your OEE scores, without complex manual tracking or spreadsheets.

Dashboard

Empower teams with an OEE Dashboard

OEE dashboard transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights, letting you track OEE and production performance in real-time anytime, anywhere.

Factory

Visualise factory performance

Factory Overview puts your entire operation in clear view, making machine and factory status accessible to every team member.

Reports

Visualise factory performance

Production reports give manufacturers the clarity they need to take action, reach goals, and improve efficiency.

Checklists

Improve quality and reliability

Checklists digitise and automate your recurring production checks.

By using real-time machine data, operators can perform the right tasks at the right time, boosting efficiency and quality across the board.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is the OEE Software able to monitor my production process?

Manufacturing companies in 14 different industries use OEE Software. The most popular production output that our system registers are pieces and boxes. But the system can also monitor running meters, litres, productive work time, and flow production. And even though all companies have a slightly unique production process, we can always find a suitable solution.

2. What hardware is required for each machine or production line?

In general, the hardware you need to collect data from machines or production lines using this software  is:

  1. IIoT device (used to log production signals)
  2. Ethernet cable
  3. Sensor or relay
  4. A display device (PC or tablet)
3. How do I connect my machines and production lines to this software?

There are multiple options to connect production signals from your machines to OEE Software. The most common way is a new industrial sensor. You can also use a sensor that is already available on your production line or machine. Another standard method is to use a PLC output connection using a relay (e.g. with Andon lights). These signals connect to OEE Software IIoT device that sends the captured data to our cloud server in AWS.

If you have machines that already collect production data to a local database, then we can set up OEE Software as a hardware-free solution (data transfer is via HTTPS API requests).
